Participation

In order to participate in a CMS sport, students must complete a physical. For seventh-grade participants, their entrance physical is used.

  • Waiver
• 8th Grade Phyiscal Form

Activity Passes and C-Stamp

Student Passes are $40 and are good for all CHS/CMS events, including the Fall Musical and Winter Play, but not for HAC or District competitions. Elementary students will be issued a pass, while CMS and CHS students need to have their ID cards marked with a “C” stamp.

Students who participate in any competitive activity purchase a $40 C-stamp. 

Those activities are:

• Football
• Volleyball
• Basketball
• Wrestling
• Track

This fee helps defray the cost of CMS activities and includes admission to all CMS home events, excluding NSAA district competitions. 

PLEASE PAY THIS on orientation day so that your student gets all of the benefits of free admission to events for the entire school year.
